Fraud Alert: Impersonation Phone Scam
We’ve received reports of fraudsters spoofing Eagle’s phone number (800-324-5328) and posing as employees. The caller may claim there are suspicious charges and ask for sensitive information such as your card number, PIN, or account number.
Eagle will NEVER ask for your PIN or full card number over the phone.
If you receive a suspicious call:
Hang up immediately
Do not provide any personal information
Contact us directly through one of our official channels to verify
If you believe you’ve shared information, contact us right away.

If you had an Ultimate Checking Account prior to December 12, 2014, you were mailed 2 letters, the first on January 15 informing you of the change, and the second on February 2 informing you how to go online and enroll in the credit and non-financial monitoring, and how to download Marble Browser. The letter will also include your access code. The letters are also saved in your eDocument portal within Online Banking if you did not see the letter in your mail. If you opened a new Ultimate Checking Account after December 12, 2014, you will receive your letter around the end of February 2015. The website is www.IDProtectMe247.com
Because Ultimate Checking IDProtect covers you and your eligible family which includes spouses, kids under age 25 and parents living with you, if they also have a current Ultimate Checking Account they can convert it to our Classic Checking that has no monthly fee, but also does not offer dividends.
The $5.95 monthly service fee for UItimate Checking was effective on March 1, 2015, but will be deducted from the Ultimate Checking Account on the last day of the month. The service fee is $4.95 for members age 65 and over as of March 1, 2015.
